Tell us about the work

Nothing here is binding, and no field is asked for twice. The more you can share now — drawings, references, constraints — the more useful our first conversation will be.

Confidentiality

Your drawings stay between you, the studio, and the Maâlems who will read them. We sign your NDA on request — before you send anything.

What happens next

Four steps between your first message and the first hand-cut tile. No obligation at any point.

01

Receive Inquiry

Your brief arrives at the studio in Rabat and is acknowledged the same day it is read, in your language.

Within 48 hours

02

Project Review

Drawings and references go to the Maâlems concerned. We assess feasibility, materials, and whether the craft genuinely serves the design.

3 – 5 days

03

Consultation

A conversation — in person in Rabat, or by video with your drawings on screen. Patterns, finishes, tolerances, and what we would advise against.

At your convenience

04

Proposal & Collaboration

A written proposal: scope, samples, shop drawings, production and installation programme, and a price that does not move.

7 – 10 days

Global Collaboration

Distance has never been the difficult part

RabatArt works with architects, interior designers and clients who have never set foot in the workshop — and with several who now visit every year. Projects run from Rabat to the Gulf, Europe, West Africa and North America on a working method built for exactly that.

01

Remote Consultations

Video calls scheduled to your time zone, in English, French, Arabic or Spanish, with a Maâlem present when the question is technical.

02

Digital Drawing Reviews

We read your DWG and PDF sets, return marked-up shop drawings and setting-out plans, and work inside your revision cycle.

03

Material Samples

Physical samples — glaze, cut, plaster profile, wood tone, tadelakt finish — couriered to your office before anything is approved.

04

International Logistics

Packed, crated, insured and freighted from Rabat, with customs documentation and delivery to site handled on your behalf.

05

Installation Support

The same hands that shaped the work can travel to set it in place, or guide your local trades through the sequence step by step.

Some rooms are remembered for a hundred years

Almost none of them were made quickly. If you are holding a drawing, a photograph, or only an idea of how a space should feel, that is enough to begin. Write to us, and let us see what the two of us might leave behind.
